Refund policy
We have a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Opened packages cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return Contact us at hello@pulse-strips.com. Returns must be requested via email. Once your request is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost.

European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@pulse-strips.com.
